Conference Call Minutes of 3/15/2011

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM MDT by Caren DeAngelis.

NEW BUSINESS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was made by Ms. Springer that the Board go into executive session under Idaho Code § 67-2345(1)(d) to consider records that are exempt from disclosure under the Idaho Public Records Law.  The purpose of the Executive Session was to consider license application materials.  Seconded by Mr. Sutherin. The vote was: Mr. Sutherin, aye; Ms. Springer, aye; Ms. Davis-Martin, aye; and Ms. DeAngelis, aye. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Ms. Springer to come out of executive session. Seconded by Mr. Sutherin. The vote was: Mr. Sutherin, aye; Ms. Springer, aye; Ms. Davis-Martin, aye; and Ms. DeAngelis, aye. Motion carried.

APPLICATION

OT-1038 A motion was made by Ms. Davis-Martin to approve the licensure application for Jennifer Brazee. Seconded by Mr. Sutherin, motion carried.

NEXT MEETING was previously scheduled for June 10, 2011.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Mr. Sutherin to adjourn the meeting at 4:35PM. Seconded by Ms. Davis-Martin, motion carried.
