Conference Call Minutes of 6/30/2011

ELECTION OF TEMPORARY CHAIR

A motion was made by Ms. Springer to elect Mr. Spero as temporary chairman. Seconded by Ms. Davis-Martin, motion carried.

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM MDT by Mr. Spero.

NEW BUSINESS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

A motion was made by Mr. Sutherin that the Board go into executive session under Idaho Code § 67-2345(1)(d) to consider records that are exempt from disclosure under the Idaho Public Records Law.  The purpose of the Executive Session was to consider license application materials.  Seconded by Ms. Davis-Martin. The vote was: Mr. Sutherin, aye; Ms. Springer, aye; Ms. Davis-Martin, aye; and Mr. Spero, aye. Motion carried.

Ms. Davis-Martin recused herself from the discussion.

A motion was made by Ms. Davis-Martin to come out of executive session. Seconded by Mr. Sutherin. The vote was: Mr. Sutherin, aye; Ms. Springer, aye; Ms. Davis-Martin, aye; and Mr. Spero, aye. Motion carried.

APPLICATION

OCTAA-1063 A motion was made by Mr. Sutherin to approve the issuance of a limited permit for Kaitlyn Haller. Seconded by Ms. Springer. Ms. Davis-Martin recused herself from voting. Motion carried.

NEXT MEETING was previously scheduled for July 21, 2011.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Ms. Springer to adjourn the meeting at 4:08 PM. Seconded by Ms. Davis-Martin, motion carried.
