You can register or renew your firm registration online!
Failure to register your Firm by September 30th will result in a penalty.
All firms providing compilation, review, and audit services must enroll with an approved Administering Organization for a Peer Review.
Any licensee who issues compilation reports through any form of business other than a firm must also participate in the peer review program.
Failure to enroll and undergo a Peer Review when required will result in a penalty for each act of non-compliance.
As required by IDAPA 24.30.01.211.02: Within thirty (30) days of receipt, a firm that has undergone peer review must submit a copy of the peer review report, any letter of comments, any letter of response, and the administering entity’s letter accepting the review report. Additionally, firms must notify the Board within thirty (30) days of being advised by the peer reviewer or team captain that a failing grade will be recommended. Documentation may be uploaded through your licensing portal using the document upload feature or submitted via email to OL-Licensing@dopl.idaho.gov.
Licenses will not be renewed if Firm Registration requirements are not met.
