Pharmacist Student Interns
Pharmacist Student Intern Registrations must be renewed annually by July 15th. The renewal fee will be waived if renewed on time for the duration of student’s enrollment in the school or college of Pharmacy.
Requirements:
- Current Government Issued Photo ID
- Certificate of College Enrollment – Certificate of College Enrollment Form

Pharmacist Graduate Interns
