Application Steps:
- Download and complete the Naturopathic License or Registration Application.
- Create online profile visit dopl.idaho.gov/onlineservices/.
- Click on Apply for a License/Registration/Permit to begin an application
- During the application process you will be required to upload the completed application document listed above.
- Pay for the application.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have a license with DOPL, associate your web profile to the license before submitting a new application.
