These boards are not currently engaged in rulemaking for 2026–2027. Existing rules remain in effect and are available above. Pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-5230(1), any person may request the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule. To do so, please email ryan.bernard@dopl.idaho.gov.
