Amendments

• Outfitter Amendment to add an area (new or purchased), or to add an activity, please submit the documents below:
• If it’s not a purchase, a sales agreement is not needed.
• If you are adding a consumptive activity, Fish and Game will be notified.

1. Land Managers Statement  (Public Lands)

If purchasing a business the new applicant and selling outfitter will need to provide the following; 

• Sale Agreement
• Written Area Description (if a change in existing area occurs) 
  Any changes in the existing operating area will need to be approved by the land manager and noted in the Land Managers Statement.
• Map(s) – Location (if a change in existing area occurs)

OR

2. Private Landowners Statement  (Private Lands)

If purchasing a business the new applicant and selling outfitter will need to provide the following;

• Lease Agreement
• Written Area Description (if a change in existing area occurs
  Any changes in the existing operating area will need to be approved by the land manager and noted in the Land Managers Statement.
• Map(s) – Location (if a change in existing area occurs)

AND

3. Outfitters Amendment Request 

1. Major Amendment Fee (Outfitter)
2. Minor Amendment Fee (DA)

4. Outfitter Operating Plan

If you are only selling part of your business, please include the following documents:

Complete steps 1 through 4 above. 

AND

• Complete your Use Reports for the areas involved in the partial sale
• Relinquishment Form(Notarized, seller only)
• Allocated History Release Authorization (Optional)
