The Code of Conduct of the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants has been adopted by the Board. All licensed physicians assistants are required to comply with this ethical code.
Agency policy statements and guidance documents shall not have the force and effect of law pursuant to section 67-5207A, Idaho Code.
