During its 2025 session, the Idaho legislature enacted House Bill 200.
This legislation codified and integrated into statute the prior Rules of the Board of Pharmacy
Agency policy statements and guidance documents shall not have the force and effect of law pursuant to section 67-5207A, Idaho Code.
