Welcome to the Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board

After March 31, renewals will be labeled as “reinstatements” in the system. This reinstatement process is the same as a renewal and is treated simply as a late renewal. No additional fees apply for guides or designated agents. Outfitters will owe a penalty of $150 for a late renewal.

Guides submitting a roster request online should note that training requirements will be required at the time of submission. If you have previously completed training for the outfitter or area you are requesting, you may submit the following: a new training document with your most recent experience or a copy of your previous license.

Please contact us with any questions via email oglb-licensing@dopl.idaho.gov or phone (208) 334-3233.
