Request for Certification of License
REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL LICENSE/REGISTRATION CERTIFICATION
Requirements for license certification vary by state, so check with the state you’re applying to before requesting certification from Idaho. Both options below are available through your Online Services Account: log in, select “Menu” on the tile for the relevant license, then choose one of the following.
Option 1: Letter of Good Standing (Free)
Contains all public information (excludes exam scores). Select “Request a Good Standing Letter.”
Option 2: Certified Licensure History Letter ($10 fee)
Use this if the receiving state doesn’t accept web-based certifications or requires information not included in the free letter (e.g., exam scores). Select “Request a Certified Licensure History Letter,” then answer the prompted question and complete payment.
Requesting Duplicates
The license/registration issued to you by the Division is public proof that you are entitled to pursue certain activities regulated by Idaho Law. If your license/registration becomes lost or destroyed, you may print a new copy through your Online Services account.
