Agenda Deadline Request
The deadline to request to be added to the Boards regular meeting agenda is six weeks prior to the date of the Board Meeting. Requests should be made in writing to SBD-info@dopl.idaho.gov. Documents to be considered during the meeting must be received by requestors no later than four weeks in advance of the scheduled meeting. The deadline does not apply to comments or requests related to rule-making; such deadlines are set forth in the Administrative Procedures Act and reiterated in the Board’s notices published in the Administrative Bulletin.
